Set a master password to protect your database!

Web Replay saves your data encrypted with government approved algorithm on your local hard drive. The data is encrypted using the master password that you choose yourself. After you set a master password no one but you can access your data.

How to set a master password

1.Click on Web Replay logo button to open the management studio (Picture 1)

2. On the left side of the window click Master password link (Picture 2)

3. Type your password then click SET.

Note: Use uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and symbols for your password (at least 8 characters are recommended).

Is your password strong enough? Check the strength of your password

After you set the master password Web Replay shows you the strength of your password every time you access the management studio.
As you can see in Picture 3 this master password is very weak.

Our recommendation is to use letters, numbers and symbols for your passwords (at least 8 characters)
