Organize your bookmarks by tags to find them quickly and easily
A tag is a descriptive word or phrase you can attach to Web Replay logins, macros, bookmarks etc. to sort or search them easily. In this tutorial we will explain you how to attach tags to bookmarks but you can use the same technique for other data like logins, macros or safe notes.
The add bookmark button is located in Web Replay toolbar having a golden star icon. Every time you want to bookmark a web site click the bookmark button (see the picture below)

Tagging your bookmarks helps you search and manage them better
Let’s see how you can tag your bookmarksWe have chosen for exemplification NFL web site (National Basketball Association) and NBA web site (National Football League). 1. Navigate to NBA and click the bookmark button. A dialog window opens (see Picture 1) 2. Select the tag(s) you find most appropriate for your bookmark. You can choose an existing tag by pressing Note 1. You can associate your bookmarks with more than one tag (as shown in Picture 1) In this example we chose an existing tag (Sports) and typed one more: basketball.
Note 2. You can create your own tag by simply typing the desired tag name 3. Now go to NFL web site and follow the steps 1 and 2 above, but this time keep only the Sports tag and type two new ones: football and NFL (Picture 2) Note 3. In the bookmarking dialog you can also write a short description of the web site. 4. Let’s find them! Click 5. Open the drop down menu and select in the list the Sports tag. Note 4. In this example we saved only one web site for the basketball tag. But you can save as many web sites connected to basketball as you consider and by clicking the tag Web Replay will disclose all the web sites you saved for that tag. Note 5. You can also import your Internet Explorer Favorites.
